As you have often pointed out; real empowered women have always been around. They are mothers and wives and schoolteachers and business owners and election campaign managers; and they mind their own business and do their own thing without the need for a daily diet of bitterness and false bravado, and without the need to damsel and pull the gender card whenever they encounter the slightest mishap.
