when there is speech that incites hate and harm to a group of people it should be silenced.

Why? They’re just words. And if they really incite harm, that’s illegal, and the person is subject to arrest.

So, that leaves the “incitement to hate”, which doesn’t affect anyone.

If you’re going to advocate changing a fundamental part of the Bill of Rights, you better come up with a more cogent reason than “well, hate speech might make other people hate too.”

That’s just silly.
