Where is it, nowadays? It’s not in the large corporations, who have to be very careful of who gets promoted to the C-Suite because if they choose a loser, the stock price could be affected.
I quite agree that there’s still existing bias, but it tends to be more limited to small-to-medium sized businesses in certain industries, as far as I can see.
