What would be the practical difference between a war between the races and a war between the haves and have nots?

The answer, of course, is nothing. The only issue here is that you see the former as a possibility and the latter as not possible.

I disagree with the idea that the latter is not possible, and that the former is even close to likely. And if I have to blame anyone (it seems that that’s important to you) I would blame the technocrats in both parties who have supported policies with funnel jobs and income away from our working class and into the wallets of the government and megacorporations.
