Well, businesses aren't very tribal. Ben and Jerry's, I suppose, but they're an exception to the general rule, that being that businesses engage in business to make money. And out of all the businesses in Florida, the one which is least likely to move is Disney. (It's pricey to move an entire city, which is what Disney World is.)

But, the same is true for any business. Moving a business is an expensive proposition; you have to sell real estate and rebuy where you've moving to, you ship a load of stuff to the new location., you end up replacing employees who, in our hot job market, decide not to move, causing you to incur training costs and recruitment costs......and at the end of the day, the increase in revenue you get as a result of the move is $0.00.

So, nobody's going anywhere, especially considering businesses live forever, and governors don't.
