This is the second time Media Bias Check has been mentioned in this thread, and there's something therein worth mentioning:

The number of outlets, according to MBC, that actually make shit up is very small. The Enquirer, Infowars, World Net Daily.

All other outlets, regardless of partisan angles, do NOT make shit up out of thin air. You may find the Daily Wire or Daily Caller or Wonkette biased (they are), but none of them make up stories out of thin air. What they do is take factual stories and spin them according to their ideology.

Point here is that (let's use Daily Wire) if the Daily Wire says X happened, it happened. They will play loose with how it is reported to fit their ideology....but they are not liars about the existence of the event they are reporting on.
