The point I was originally making (perhaps poorly) was that non-overt racism is systemic and embedded into our society.
I don’t control either the systems nor the organizations; and that’s the crux of the problem — — nobody does. That’s the nature of “systemic” and “sociological”.
So, you’ve provided a set of resources which address racism on a person-to-person basis, which is not without value, but do not address the issues inherent in system and society.
