The idea that our fate is *NOT* to congregate like mice into high-density, small accomodations into city centers pleases me to no end.

That will upset all the city planners, though, whose vision for decades has been high density housing in urban areas, wanting Americans to give up their suburbs and use mass transit.

I had hoped (been hoping, for years) that electronic commuting would be the ticket to decentralization, but it seems that too many companies lack confidence in their ability to manage remote workforces in order to achieve that.

So, this is quite good.
