Democrats Refuse to Call Trump’s Shithole Statement “Racist”

That’s a very surprising moment of moral clarity, coming from the Democrats.

There are many countries on this planet that can accurately be described as “shitholes”. I’ve traveled to many of them. They are not “shitholes” because of the race of the people living there; they are shitholes because they lack the economic ability to enable a significant number of their population to achieve a comfortable standard of living.

You cannot connect the dots between calling a COUNTRY a “shithole” and racism without more evidence than the mere statement. That line does not exist.
