Again we have another Civics class failure.

Tell you what. When you comment in my field (software project implementation, data science, and data analytics, and economics), and make errors, I will kindly correct you without any arrogant snark.

Pity you’re unable to reciprocate.

They way they were enacted was constitutional.

I suppose they were. However, the fact remains that the people who oppose these regulations were concerned about the fact that the male students could, for all intents and purposes, have life-changing punitive actions taken against them without the ability to adequately defend themselves.

If that doesn’t bother you, then I’m glad you’re nothing more than a faceless voice on the Internet without any power. Because you’re dangerous.

In the colleges, there is a Student Judiciary group who meets to listen to the students, explain to them why they are in danger of being reprimanded, and given a chance to speak for themselves. I know several of the Student Judaical Advocates, and each student is afforded a time and place to speak in their defense. This is collegiate level ‘judicial hearing’.

If there is an actual law broken then police are brought in.

That sounds like a sane and well thought out system.

Why do there seem to be so many …… abuses, then, do you think?

I assume you also think that Ms. Yoffe is full of shit. Please explain why. Because all you’ve done so far was throw out some snark, a few dictionary definitions, and an idealized version of what should happen and what has happened in your own personal experience, which I’m sure does not extend to the thousands of campuses that exist in the USA.

Let’s hear it. Some serious content that actually addresses the matter in question, if you would.

Free markets/free minds. Question all narratives. If you think one political party is perfect and the other party is evil, the problem with our politics is you.
