Not that your back-and-forth with the other poster wasn't entertaining......but it could easily have been summarized by pointing out that assuming racism from the dearth of POC/women in certain roles has a rather large cart-horse problem.
Put another way, when the racial distribution of employees in a certain job positions (be it CEOs or software engineers) doesn't match the distribution in the general population, that could be evidence of racism, but it certainly doesn't prove it.
