Not at all. But the Constitution can only be amended. Which isn;t happening, not in today’s charged environment.
The Supreme Court also decided Dred Scott v. Sanford, but, lo and behold, people of color can claim U.S. citizenship and can petition the court.
Bad example. The debate over the personhood of the black man precedes the Constitution; the 2/3 rule was a compromise without which the USA would have actually been two separate countries. OTOH, the “militia” clause is only contested by the gun-grabbers; the intent of the Framers was clearly individual ownership.
