Never claimed they were without sin. The larger question is if all the NN crapola was necessary to rein them in. The situation you cite is a classic FTC violation and thus the public has recourse without NN.
I’ve repeated the same point over and over again: A position on NN is basically that of a choice: Somebody is going to control your internet; the government or the corporations.
Pick which one you think will screw you the least.
