Yes, because it’s both effective and humane to starve a population. Just look at Israel success with Gaza.

So, in your thinking, it’s more “humane” for the NK regime to continue abusing its own people?

Besides, “starve” is a simply a euphenism for isolation which weakens a regime and (hopefully) leads to internal revolution. That is very different than the Israeli strategy in Gaza.
