There is freedom of and freedom from.

Interesting distinction.

Freedom is self-determination; the right to do whateverthehell you want as long as it doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s well being. It does not have an economic context per se, other than you ought to be able to do whatever you want with the money you earn, understanding that the government will need a small slice of that to maintain the infrastructure that those freedoms depend on.

The rights of any particular subgroup, such as “workers”, is a subset of the above.
