I'm not really down with the idea of turning schools into moral scolds.

Teachers (and I am an ex myself) learn pretty quickly that they can't win a confrontation with a parent. And making a court case out of calling "Christmas break" anything but is doomed to failure.

(And as a Muslim, I don't care. It *IS* a "Christmas Break". That's why it's scheduled when its scheduled. Simple.)
