You state this as if it were inarguable fact, but it is actually a questionable assertion.....

....so your argumentative points regarding the beliefs of scientists are invalid, since the core assertion you base them on are also invalid.

"They (scientists) reject each others’ beliefs as falsehoods! What do you make of that?"

Nothing. Irrelevant detail. See above.

"Scientists are mavericks, and religion is about order, sanity, and submission — anything but maverick."

As Dr. Francis Collins (Human Genome Project, NIH) has stated, science and religion exist to explain two entirely different types of questions.

The rational tools of science are inapplicable to religion, and the rational tools of religion are inapplicable to science. When one attempts to invade the territory of the other, the result is absurdity.
