I think that part is covered under “respect and dignity”. So, I already agreed with you on that point.

Basic human respect is not contingent upon health or the pursuit of it.

Sure. However, there’s a very big difference between saying generically “it is healthier to be the right weight for our height” and insulting a person about their weight.

The two need not be conflated.
