I teach at a mostly-white working class high school. There is a high correlation between dysfunctional student behavior and a lack of a father in the home.

So, in all seriousness, how do you see this? Is the "dogwhistle" false, or true? And should it be censored as a discussion point, just because some irresponsible people use it as a racial kudgel?
