I know that statement is holy writ to liberals, but it;s false. It fails the basic text of logic.

Hobby Lobby was about one thing: that being if the RFRA (proposed by two Democrats and signed by a Democrat president) applied to a closely held corporation. The majority said that it did; the minority held that any company that had the benefits of public incorporation should be subject to the law (the RFRA text appears to refute that POV explicitly, but whatever).

Since no religion orders its adherents to use contraceptives, then it is impossible for the Greens to be imposing their religious views on anyone. None of their employees need to use contraceptives in their religious worship.

As a basic rule, you cannot take into account the results of a ruling into the calculus of whether a matter is legal or not. The law is, in this regard, a cold, hard mistress; it;s proper application sometimes inconveniences or worse.
