Put simply: Obamacare’s young adult provision appears to be directly responsible for saving the life of one young American nearly every day.
I don’t doubt it.
However, that’s not a justification for pumping billions of taxpayer dollars into an inefficient program that’s not designed to function well.
It is, however, a justification for replacing it with something that operates more efficiently.
The ACHA is never going to be law, so no sense criticizing a dead horse.
