It’s said for the first 190,000 years Homo Sapiens existed on the planet, we lounged for 12 hours a day socializing.

Highly unlikely.

Anthropological studies I’ve seen speculate that primitive man probably spent about 80% of his/her time hunting, gathering, and prepping food. Part of the rest was spent building and maintaining shelter.

It’s not my primary field of study, so I’d be interested in whatever citations you might have to the contrary. But, sans that, I expect that from the very earliest man, they were likely working their asses off seven days a week just to stay alive.
