Dividing a single country into multiple ethnic components merely all but guarantees global irrelevancy.

Global irrelevancy…….not sure if that’s a feature or a bug. :-)

I’ve been to Estonia. Lovely place. Standard of living hit European levels faster than any other Soviet satellite, I suspect. Hard to argue that they’re relevant at all, in a global sense.

But…. you’re kind of changing the subject:

  1. You’re arguing, I believe, that it’s better, economically and socially, for the ethnic groups in these countries to suck it up and learn to live with each other, even if they don’t want to. I’m not debating that, and it may very well be true.
  2. MY point is that it’s not the business of the “globalist community” to dictate to anyone what their national borders should be. That decision SHOULD be a democratic decision made by the peoples involved, and that their right to make that democratic decision is more important than globalist preferences or concerns, and EVEN IF that decision is, ultimately, not in their economic best interests.

Make sense?
