False, of course. To anyone who has ever taken a stats course, and knows you have to express population-dependent variables on a per capita basis:
So, the problem is not “uniquely American” by any stretch of the imagination. We do have more public mass shootings, but we also have more people. Once you put that into the equation, well……one realizes that this is a human problem, not just an American one.
