Excellent article. Hope somebody will listen. Universal coverage (or steps in that direction) have been sabotaged by this odd fetish for single payer coverage since the Hilarycare debacle. We have another chance now to actually improve our care system, but if the left gets laserlocked (again) on single payer, it will not happen.
