It’s not a question of how qualified the doctor is, the doctors are behind a pay wall.
B.S. There are websites now that I can go to to find out what a given hospital charges for a given procedure. The PROBLEM is that the information is confidential, and the reason I can get to it is because it’s part of the deal my corporation has with our insurer.
That’s easily fixed.
Choosing poorly doesn’t mean you get a bad doctor… it means your plan doesn’t give you a treatment option at all. At least, not one you can afford without declaring bankruptcy.
What? Even the ACA solves the med bankruptcy problem, and the idea is to improve on that POS. Nobody in the US right now, except for the 9% or so who refuse to sign up for a plan they are qualified for, goes bankrupt for medical reasons.
Banks don’t exactly give loans for medical treatments, and even if they did, I can’t think of a more hideous form of usury that could exist, beyond I guess having you and your children and their children and etc etc. made the property of someone else.
You could have come up with a better straw man. Just sayin’.
Right back at you. You’ve created a system in your mind that doesn’t exist and that nobody would support.
I see now what’s going on in Moonbatville. You create a mythical “conservative” program that doesn’t exist, tell everyone that that’s what those Mean Old Republicans want to do to you, and then pretend you’re actually carrying on an informed debate.
Count me out. I prefer to go with real solutions to real problems.
