All this adds up to is "Because capitalism can be abused, and there are examples of its abuse, it must be immoral and rejected."
The fact that capitalism can be abused, and has been abused, is not news. That some humans are immoral is not news; so if humans are capitalists, and some humans are immoral, you will at times have immoral capitalists.
Again, not news. That's why we have regulations, after all.
The ultimate question is if capitalism is so problematic that it should be abandoned. Maybe so.
But there's really no viable alternatives. We are where we are, and capitalism isn't going anywhere, particularly in the US, where you'd have to toss out 150+ years of case law in order to change the system.
