Now Bernie gets 56.7% of the two-party vote, a legitimate blow-out, the biggest one since Reagan trounced Mondale.

All that math assumes that the millions of dollars spent by the GOP and their PACs making Clinton undesirable would either (a) NOT get spent making Bernie undesirable, or (b) would have had no effect on Bernie’s approvals.

Neither (a) nor (b) is realistic.
