Agreement on all points. And…WRT….

In fairness, everyone who gives a damn about keeping firearms and ammunition at home should already have them. It should be something they have practiced with and that they know well. However, we don’t always have the volume of ammunition we’d like to have. So the enforced closure of gun stores is probably unconstitutional.

I’ll go one better and say this applies to medical supplies as well. I’m no prepper, but I am a bit of a packrat when it comes to med supplies. So, I had half a dozen N95 masks in the house and two dozen surgical masks when all this came down. I didn’t buy any of them intentionally, but they were in various packages I came home with when somebody in the family had a hospital stay.

After this (if there is ever an “after this”) there will always be N95’s, bottles of alcohol, and stashes of hand sanitizer and bleach in my home. So I don’t have to whine because the government can’t hand me what I want when I want it.
